Jeremy Land

Dr. Jeremy Land is a University Researcher in the Department of Economic and Social History at the University of Helsinki, affiliated with the Faculty of Social Sciences. His research focuses on economic and social history, maritime trade, and the economic dimensions of warfare. He has contributed to major works such as Colonial Ports, Global Trade, and the Roots of the American Revolution (2023) and co-edited The Routledge Economic History of War (2025).
