Jerel Slaughter is the Eller Professor of Management and Organizations at the Eller College of Management, University of Arizona. He joined the Eller College in 2002 after serving as an assistant professor at Louisiana State University and completing his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Bowling Green State University (2000). His research focuses on counterproductive and unethical behavior in organizations, leader personality and well-being, recruitment and job search dynamics, and pre-employment selection tests.
