Jeong-ah Kim

Jeong-ah Kim is a Professor in the Department of Nursing, Paramedicine and Healthcare Sciences at Charles Sturt University. She serves as a registered higher-degree research supervisor and has extensive experience in peer review for journals such as BMC Nursing and the American Journal of Health Research. Her research focuses on workplace safety, patient deterioration, and healthcare sustainability, with notable contributions to nursing education innovation and policy analysis in home care.

Key research interests include reducing environmental impacts in healthcare through digital transformation, improving patient safety through simulation programs, and understanding retention strategies for nursing students.
