Jens P. Gotze

Jens P. Gotze is a Clinical Professor at the Department of Biomedical Sciences, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen. He serves as Chief Physician at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry, Rigshospitalet, Denmark, with responsibilities including education and training of junior doctors since 2015. His academic journey includes positions at Copenhagen University, Aarhus University, and collaborations with international institutions including the Mayo Clinic.

Gotze's research focuses on cardiovascular endocrinology, particularly natriuretic peptides and their role in heart disease, thrombosis, and hemostasis.
