Dr. Jenny Richards is a Senior Lecturer in Law at Flinders University within the College of Business, Government and Law. She holds a PhD from Flinders University (2024) titled 'Embodied Justice: An Integrated Faith-Law Response for Christian Women Experiencing Domestic and Family Violence in Australia' and has a strong background in legal education and research spanning over two decades. Her research focuses on criminal law reform, domestic violence responses, and the intersection of law with human services and theology.

- Policy analysis of workplace entitlements related to family violence
- Criminal law reform, particularly around self-defense and corporate liability
