Dr Jenny Ng is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts and Society, Charles Darwin University. She is an accredited Principal Supervisor with 15 years of teaching and research experience, having taught Australian Law and English Law globally. Admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, her work has influenced Australia’s national domain name policy.
Her research focuses on the intersection of IT Law and Human Rights, IT/IP Law and eCommerce, with expertise in Cybersecurity, Privacy Law, Discrimination, and Ethics in Data Analytics (AI and XAI). She has contributed to policy discussions with the Digital Law Association and civil society group Electronic Frontiers Australia, where she holds Life Membership.

- Rainmaker Start-up Grant (2019) for equity-focused research on technology access.
- Key Projects: Led the Access to Technology and Equity (2019–2020) project addressing socio-economic disparities in Northern Territory technology access.
- Research Trends: Her recent work spans intellectual property reforms in Indigenous art, ethical AI applications, and privacy legislation in digital contexts.
