Jenny Beard

Associate Professor Jenny Beard is a legal scholar at the University of Melbourne Law School, specializing in historical and philosophical examinations of charity law, political advocacy of charitable organizations, and the role of non-profits in law and development. Her research explores relationships between public/private power, law and society, and legal frameworks in imperial contexts.
