Dr. Jennnifer Vasquez is an Assistant Professor at Texas State University's School of Social Work and serves as Clinical Director at Inspired Practice LLC. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor, she holds multiple certifications including NeuroAffective Relational Model Therapist, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, EMDR Clinician, and Certified Yoga Therapist.
Her research examines trauma intervention models, addiction treatment methodologies, yoga therapy integration, interpersonal violence prevention, clinical social work practice, and somatic psychotherapy approaches. She actively participates in professional organizations including NASW-TX where she chairs the Women's Rights Committee and serves as Mental Health Delegate.
