Dr. Jennifer Y. Mak is a Professor and Director of Sports Business at Marshall University’s Lewis College of Business and Brad D. Smith Schools of Business. She joined Marshall University in 2000 and holds an MBA from Marshall University, a B.A. (Hons) from Hong Kong Baptist University, and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Indiana University-Bloomington.
