Ho-Yin Mak is an Associate Scholar at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Previously, he served as Associate Professor in Operations and Information Management at Georgetown University and held roles at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Saïd Business School (2015–2022).
