Jennifer W. Cadenhead is a Research Assistant Professor and Executive Director of the Laurie M. Tisch Center for Food, Education & Policy at Teachers College, Columbia University. She holds affiliations with the departments of Health Studies & Applied Educational Psychology, Health Promotion and Education, and Nutrition. Her work focuses on nutritional epidemiology, food-related trauma in children, and addressing educational inequities through food policy initiatives.
