Jennifer Reynolds is Dean of the University of Oregon School of Law and holds the Dave Frohnmayer Chair in Leadership & Law. She is a Professor specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), teaching civil procedure and conflict of laws. Her email is jwr@uoregon.edu.

Reynolds is a leading scholar in negotiation and conflict management, with research focusing on mediation, dispute systems design, and cultural implications of ADR. She co-edits the Star Wars & Conflict Resolution series, merging popular culture with legal theory to explore conflict dynamics and resolution strategies.
Her recent publications (2025–2022) span topics from meta-analysis of ADR to sexual misconduct policy and reproductive rights. These works emphasize justice perceptions, mediation ethics, and systemic reform in legal and social contexts.
