Jacqueline Nolan-Haley is a Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law, where she directs the Dispute Resolution Program and Mediation Clinic. She has taught courses in Dispute Resolution, International and Comparative Mediation, and Conflict Resolution, and has contributed to the global discourse on ADR through fieldwork in Northern Ireland and Ghana.

Her research focuses on informed consent, access to justice, ethics in ADR, and comparative perspectives in mediation. She has authored foundational texts like ADR in a Nutshell (5th edition, 2021) and co-authored International Conflict Resolution (West, 2005).
Recent publications address procedural justice in transnational contexts, the intersection of religion and conflict, and systemic ADR design. Her work has been recognized with the 2020 ABA Dispute Resolution Section Award and the CPR Institute’s 2012 Outstanding Article Award.
