Jennifer Parker is an Adjunct Professor in Naval Studies at the University of New South Wales, alongside roles as a Nonresident Fellow at the Lowy Institute and the Nancy Bentley Associate Fellow in Indo-Pacific Maritime Affairs at the Council on Geostrategy. With over 20 years in the Royal Australian Navy as a Principal Warfare Officer, her expertise spans maritime security, maritime law, uncrewed capabilities, and defence strategy.
