Dr. Jennifer P. Bott is a Professor of Management at the Department of Management, Haworth College of Business, Western Michigan University. Her academic background includes a PhD and MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron (2004). She previously served as Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at WMU (2017–2022), overseeing academic policies, long-range planning, and administrative coordination. Prior roles include Dean of the Miller College of Business at Ball State University and Associate Provost leading online education initiatives, where she secured $15M+ in funding, established the Integrated Learning Institute (iLearn), and grew online program revenue by $30M. Her research focuses on applying statistical methods to business problems and improving pedagogy across educational modalities.
