Jennifer Maddocks is Assistant Professor in the Department of Law at the United States Military Academy, West Point, with additional roles as Faculty Fellow at the Lieber Institute for Law and Warfare and editorial team member for Articles of War.
Her research addresses legal frameworks governing military operations, state responsibility for violations involving non-state actors, and compliance mechanisms in armed conflicts. Professional experience includes 13 years as an officer in the British Army Legal Services with deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq.
