Joshua F. Berry is a Professor and Deputy Head of the Department of Law and Philosophy at the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School. He holds advanced degrees in National Security Strategy and Military Law, with a focus on the Law of Armed Conflict and International Humanitarian Law. His career spans military service, academic leadership, and operational legal roles in Iraq and Afghanistan.
