Jennifer Loeffler-Cobia is a Researcher and Director of Justice and Public Health Policy and Practice at West Ed’s Justice Research and Prevention Center (JRPC). She leads system thinking initiatives to improve criminal justice policies, substance misuse interventions, and violence prevention strategies. Previously, she directed the National Reentry Resource Center (NRRC) and the Strategies to Support Youth Exposed to Violence Training and Technical Assistance Center, both funded by the U.S. Department of Justice. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in multi-sector, evidence-based practices to translate research into actionable outcomes, focusing on reducing recidivism, violence, and substance abuse.
