Jennifer Lee

Jennifer Lee is an Assistant Professor at the School of Nutrition, Toronto Metropolitan University, on leave from Fall 2024 to Winter 2025. She holds qualifications including a RD, MPH, and PhD. Her research focuses on environmental factors influencing dietary behaviors, policy impacts on nutrition, and communication strategies to promote healthier diets in Canada.

Education: Registered Dietitian (RD), Master of Public Health (MPH), and PhD.

Research projects include studying Canadian nutrition policies' dietary impacts, pre-packaged food supply quality, e-commerce food labelling, and the cost of 'healthy' foods in Canada.
