Jennifer Hudnall

Jennifer Hudnall is an Assistant Professor of Biology at East Texas Baptist University (ETBU) within the School of Natural and Social Sciences. With over a decade of teaching experience, she has previously served as a biology instructor at Kilgore College and a science teacher at New Diana High School.

Her research and teaching interests span biology, public health, and epidemiology, with a focus on integrating faith-based perspectives into science education. At ETBU, she emphasizes educating students about human anatomy and physiology through the lens of Christian theology. Active in her community, Jennifer serves at Morton Baptist Church in youth, women’s, and children’s ministries and participates in the choir. She is married to Damon Hudnall and has two children, Bailey and Jackson.
