Jennifer Gregg

Jennifer Gregg is a Professor in the Department of Psychology at San Jose State University's College of Social Sciences. Her research focuses on avoidance mechanisms in psychological disorders, particularly related to fear of death, end-of-life experiences, and grief. She explores how these avoidance behaviors intersect with coping strategies during global crises like pandemics, emphasizing their impact on meaningful living.
