Jennifer Glover Konfrst is an Associate Professor at Drake University’s School of Journalism & Mass Communication. With over two decades of professional public relations experience, she joined the faculty in 2013 after a career spanning Iowa Public Television, Fannie Mae, and U.S. Senate campaign work. Her expertise includes brand strategy, media relations, crisis communication, and political communication.
