Jennifer Ditchburn is a Research Fellow at Carleton University’s Faculty of Public and Global Affairs, where she contributes to the Political Management program. As President & CEO of the Institute for Research on Public Policy, she focuses on enhancing public understanding of complex policy issues through her executive and communication roles.
- Former Editor-in-Chief of Policy Options magazine (2016-2021)
- Recipient of National Newspaper Awards, Charles Lynch Award, and Canadian Online Publishing Awards
- Board member at the Banff Forum and inductee in CEGEP John Abbott College Hall of Distinction
Her work spans public policy analysis, Canadian political history, and media studies, with notable publications on parliamentary journalism and Prime Ministerial legacies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University and a Master of Journalism from Carleton University.
