Dr. Jennifer Dauphinais is an Assistant Teaching Professor of Education and Program Coordinator of the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and School Climate Certificate Program at Quinnipiac University's School of Law and Education. They hold a DED from Columbia University and focus on critical frameworks for equity, inclusion, and justice in education. Their research examines teacher identity, anti-racist school practices, and discourses in education policy. Dauphinais also serves as the Inclusive Excellence Teaching Lab (IETL) Liaison for the Office of Inclusive Excellence.
