Jennifer Cappelli is a Lecturer in Music at the University of Illinois Chicago's School of Theatre and Music, specializing in violin performance and pedagogy. She holds a Master of Music in Violin Performance from Indiana University, where she studied under Josef Gingold.

She has performed with renowned ensembles like the Joffrey Ballet, Ravinia Festival Orchestra, and Fulcrum Point New Music Project.
As an educator, Cappelli mentors students attending prestigious festivals (Aspen, Tanglewood, etc.), many of whom have joined the Chicago Youth Symphony and Civic Orchestra. Her students have won competitions including the Geneva Music Competition and Corpus Christie International.
