Jennifer C Yee

Jennifer C Yee, MA, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, is a full-time Instructor in the Department of Exercise Science and Pre-Health Professions at Creighton University's College of Arts and Sciences. She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Exercise Science and has over 20 years of academic experience. Previously, she served as Head Women’s Strength and Conditioning Coach for Creighton Athletics. Her current roles include academic advising, pre-health mentoring through the Ratio Studiorum Program, and active research engagement.

Her research explores:

• Exercise physiology and athletic performance enhancement
• Sports nutrition effects on strength/endurance
• Interprofessional health education models
• Health promotion strategies for vulnerable populations
• Cultural competence in healthcare training

Her publications primarily investigate nutritional supplements (e.g., energy drinks, creatine) and interprofessional health education frameworks, bridging exercise science with public health initiatives.
