Jennifer Bond is an Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, holding degrees in law (LLM from Yale), English (BA Honors), and Management (BCom Honors). She has been called to the Bars of Ontario and British Columbia and served as a John Peters Humphrey Fellow in International Human Rights Law at Yale.

Her research focuses on refugee law and migration policy, particularly legal pathways for vulnerable migrants. She has spearheaded global initiatives like Pathways International and the Resettlement Diplomacy Network, working with organizations such as UNHCR, Talent Beyond Boundaries, and Airbnb.org.
As founder of the University of Ottawa Refugee Hub, she has developed impactful programs including UORAP, RLRT, and SSP. Her work bridges academic research with practical policy implementation, evidenced by SSHRC-funded projects and pan-Canadian partnerships like the Canadian Partnership for International Justice.
