Errol P. Mendes is a Full Professor at the University of Ottawa, affiliated with the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Exeter and an LL.M. from the University of Illinois.

Professor Mendes specializes in constitutional and human rights law, global governance, and corporate ethics. His work bridges legal frameworks with international business practices, focusing on combating systemic discrimination and enhancing accountability in public and private sectors. Recent publications examine transnational corporate responsibility and global legal reform.
