Professor Jennifer Bird-Pollan is the James and Mary Lassiter Associate Professor of Law at the University of Kentucky College of Law, where she teaches courses in Federal Income Tax, Estate & Gift Tax, International Tax, Partnership Tax, Corporate Tax, and Tax Policy Seminar. Her research focuses on U.S. federal tax policy, particularly federal wealth transfer taxes.
- Education: JD from Harvard Law School (Articles Editor, Harvard Journal of Law and Gender), BA in Philosophy and French (with distinction and honors) from Penn State University, MA in Philosophy from Vanderbilt University
