Jennifer Baublitz

Jennifer Baublitz is a Lecturer in the Psychology Undergraduate Program and School Counseling/SMVF Graduate Programs at Assumption College. She holds a Master of Arts in School Counseling (2014) and a Continued Advanced Graduate Degree in School Counseling & Resiliency (2016), both from Assumption College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Psychology from Worcester State College (2006).

Her work focuses on resilience-building within military families and veterans. She previously served as Central Massachusetts Program Manager for Shoulder to Shoulder, developing non-clinical support programs for military families, and now directs resilience programming at the Brookfield Institute in Ware, MA, targeting veteran suicide prevention. She also serves as a veteran mediation coach/trainer with Quabbin Mediation. Her expertise spans community-based interventions, trauma-informed education, and collaborative stakeholder engagement.

Baublitz combines academic leadership with field experience, having transitioned from public education to specialized roles addressing military family well-being. She actively contributes to advisory boards and program development at both institutional and community levels.
