Jennifer Anderson is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Business Administration & Marketing at the Goddard School of Business & Economics, Weber State University. She joined Weber State University in 2014 and holds a PhD in Management and Organizations from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management (2014), an MBA from the University of Washington (1999), and a BA in Geography from the University of Washington (1990). She actively contributes to the Faculty Senate and leads study abroad initiatives.

Dr. Anderson's research spans organizational justice and its impact on workplace behaviors, social dilemmas, and the role of business in driving social change. Her pioneering work explores the social psychological bases of greed and perceptions of greedy behavior. She teaches organizational behavior, critical thinking, and leadership courses at both undergraduate and MBA levels.
