Jennida Chase

Jennida Chase is an Assistant Professor in the Media Studies department at the University of North Carolina Greensboro. Her practice spans multi-media art, including film, video, animation, sound, and photography. She collaborates under the moniker 's/n,' producing internationally exhibited media-art, video, and sound projects.

Education: BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (1998), MFA from Virginia Commonwealth University’s Department of Photography and Film (2009).

Research interests focus on interdisciplinary multimedia art, experimental film, and sound-based installations. Her work has been showcased globally in galleries, museums, art fairs, and festivals. Collaborations under 's/n' emphasize innovative intersections of technology and artistic expression.
