Jenna Seal serves as an Adjunct Instructor of Gerontology at Bethel University's Graduate School since 2016. She concurrently holds the role of Housing Director at an assisted living community in St. Paul, focusing on aging services leadership and senior healthcare advocacy. Her expertise spans assisted living and skilled nursing facility management.
Education:
- B.A. in Communication Studies, Gustavus Adolphus College, 2008
- M.A. in Gerontology, Bethel University, 2013
Research & Practice: Specializes in aging services leadership, nonprofit management, and advocacy. Engaged in roles such as Care Providers Association Housing Cabinet member and Leadership Academy Graduate with LeadingAge MN. Certifications include Housing with Services Management Certification and Mini MBA in Nonprofit Management.
Professional Engagement: Active in National Association for Professional Gerontologists, Honoring Choices facilitation, Alzheimer’s Association support groups, and Allina Health Nursing Home Task Force. Serves on Northwest Hennepin Human Services Senior Leadership Committee.
Hobbies: Travel, reading, podcasts, lifelong learning, outdoor activities, and family time.
