Jen Lin, Ph.D., is a Professor in the Psychology & Philosophy Department at Framingham State University, where she advances inclusive excellence through research on prejudice and equity in higher education.
Her scholarly work focuses on anti-racist practices, inclusive education strategies, and support systems for marginalized identities in academia. This commitment is reflected in her curriculum development of two innovative courses: Psychology of Prejudice and LGBTQ+ Psychology.
Dr. Lin's contributions have earned significant recognition:
