Dr. Jemimah Roberts is a Lecturer at Macquarie Law School, Macquarie University. Her research focuses on comparative constitutional law, particularly the relationship between U.S. and Australian systems, including stare decisis in apex courts and constitutional borrowing. She also explores freedom of expression in digital contexts and presidential disability/removal mechanisms.
