Dr. Jekaterina Rindt is a Lecturer in Marketing at Lancaster University's Management School, specializing in strategic marketing within international business contexts. She serves as Director for Recruitment and Admissions for the Marketing Department and has received the University Pilkington Award (2024) for excellence in teaching.

Jekaterina's research explores how firms manage risk in global business-to-business interactions, particularly in contexts of innovation and network governance. Her interdisciplinary approach integrates strategic marketing and legal perspectives, employing qualitative research methods including action research and analysis of institutional devices such as industry standards, contracts, and insurance agreements. Her work spans international business markets, examining risk and uncertainty in business relationships, transnational governance, institutional entrepreneurship, and the regulation of emerging technologies.
Her recent publications (2025) demonstrate a shift toward sustainability-focused research, particularly in regenerative curriculum design, net zero planning, and place-based policy development.
