Jeffry Fowley serves as Part-Time Faculty at Boston College's Morrissey College of Arts and Sciences. His expertise in environmental law and policy stems from 37 years at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where he specialized in water pollution and hazardous waste law. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an M.P.A. from Harvard Kennedy School.
Courses taught include 'Seminar in Environmental Law' and comparative U.S.-European environmental policy. Research focuses on regulatory frameworks and sustainability initiatives that extend beyond statutory requirements.
Fowley has taught at Golden Gate University, Northeastern University, and Tufts University. At Boston College Law School, he teaches toxics law biannually.
