Jeffrey Grossman is an Associate Professor at the University of Virginia's Department of Germanic Languages and Literatures. His research focuses on German, Yiddish, and comparative literature since the late 18th century, German-Jewish culture, literary theory, and the translation and transmission of knowledge and texts.
