Jeffrey Griffiths, MD, is a Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine in the Department of Public Health and Community Medicine, with adjunct roles in Tufts School of Engineering (Civil and Environmental Engineering) and former roles at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. He holds joint appointments in the Department of Medicine and leads interdisciplinary global health initiatives.

Grants & Leadership: Lead the USAID-funded Strategies to Prevent Spillover (STOP Spillover) program (2020–2025) and previously directed the One Health Workforce (OHWF) initiative. Active in NIH-funded studies on schistosomiasis control and respiratory cryptosporidiosis.
Teaching: Teaches courses like 'Infectious Disease Epidemiology' and 'Biology of Water & Health,' supervising post-doctoral fellows and resident physicians in infectious diseases.
