Jeffrey Finger is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan Law School, where he teaches courses on corporate crisis management. He is also a Managing Director and U.S. co-head of the Debt Advisory and Restructuring Group at Jefferies, with over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, restructuring, and mergers & acquisitions across multiple industries.
