Mark Kronfeld is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University, where he co-teaches Corporate Bankruptcy and Reorganization. He also serves as a lecturer at Columbia Business School and has taught at Boston University School of Law, Wharton, Yale, Duke, UVA, and Oxford.
