Jeffery A. Jones is Professor of Psychology and Director of the Laurier Centre for Cognitive Neuroscience at Wilfrid Laurier University. His research investigates the neural and cognitive mechanisms underlying human communication through speech, music, and gesture.
Research expertise includes speech production and perception, multisensory integration, and applied cognitive neuroscience. Current projects examine brain activity patterns during communication tasks, with applications to interface design and communication disorders remediation.
