Jeff Coulter

Jeff Coulter is a Sessional Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University (TRU). He holds a BA from the University of Texas and a JD from the University of Hawaii. Known for his wit and expertise, Coulter specializes in insolvency, commercial/retail realization, bankruptcy law, and foreclosure. He advises financial institutions, bankruptcy trustees, and receivers on complex commercial litigation and asset realization across British Columbia.
