Jeff Baust is a Professor at Berklee College of Music, serving in the Music Production and Engineering Department and the Synthesis Department. He is a composer, audio engineer, and multi-instrumentalist with expertise in digital audio production and forensic audio restoration.

His research focuses on advanced digital audio technologies (e.g., Sonic Solutions, HDCD encoding) and audio restoration.
