Jeannie Samuel is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Social Science at York University's Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies, and Coordinator of the Health & Society (HESO) Program. Her research focuses on health equity, human rights, and environmental justice, with a strong emphasis on community-engaged practices.
