Jean Galbraith is a Professor of Law and Deputy Dean at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She specializes in public international law, U.S. foreign affairs law, and the intersection of legal design with global justice. Her research examines treaty implementation, presidential power dynamics, and the systemic penalization of poverty in criminal justice systems.
