Jean-François Laberge is an Adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Law – French Common Law Section of the University of Ottawa and a Part Time Professor at the same institution. As a fully bilingual mediator and arbitrator in Ontario, he provides alternative dispute resolution services across the province. His expertise spans legal education, regulatory prosecution, and community leadership.

His work emphasizes bilingual legal education and community engagement, particularly for LGBTQ2SI+ inclusivity in sports. He has held leadership roles at organizations such as the Association des juristes d’expression française de l’Ontario and the County of Carleton Law Association, and frequently delivers guest lectures and continuing legal education programs.
