Jean-Christophe Comte

Dr. Jean-Christophe Comte is a Senior Lecturer in Hydrogeology at the School of Geosciences, University of Aberdeen since 2019, with prior roles as Lecturer (2014-2019) and Visiting Researcher at Queen's University Belfast. He specializes in quantitative hydrogeology, hydrogeophysical methods, and groundwater sustainability in coastal, island, and fractured rock environments.

• Education: PhD (2008) and MSc (2002-2003) in Hydrogeology from the University of Avignon; BSc/MSc in Geological and Environmental Engineering from University Paul Sabatier Toulouse.
