Jean Allain

Professor Jean Allain is a Visiting Professor in International Law at the University of Nottingham's Rights Lab, contributing to the Law and Policy Programme. He holds additional academic appointments as Professor of International Law at Monash University, Extraordinary Professor at the University of Pretoria's Centre for Human Rights, and Adjunct Professor at Universitas Padjadjaran in Indonesia.

• Research Focus: Legal frameworks for slavery and human trafficking, international human rights law, and policy development.
