Jason Willis

Jason Willis is a Clinical Professor of Public Policy at the McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, where he directs the Transformational Change Fellowship program. He focuses on advancing policy and system transformation in education, health, and social service sectors through practices like agency integration, human-centered design, and public resource leverage.

Willis has advised over two dozen states and national organizations including the National Governors Association, National Conference of State Legislators, and the National Equity and Excellence Commission on funding and accountability systems. He also contributed to the Technical Working Group for the first national study on weighted student funding systems.
